Warranty: All of Steve’s Exclusive Collection Products are backed with a limited lifetime warranty which does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse, or other items outside of the manufacturer’s control. Freight and packaging to and from the manufacturer is not covered under the warranty and is the customer’s responsibility.
Natural Woven Shades are manufactured with the highest standards of quality. However, during shipment the fabric may shift slightly because of its woven construction. This may cause a slight shortening in the length of the shade or possibly in slightly uneven edges. This is very simple to fix by the following instructions:
Length: Some fabrics will stretch over time. If, after installation, the shade becomes slightly shorter than originally ordered, gently grasp the bottom of the shade and pull down carefully to stretch the shade.
Uneven Edges: Lightly tap the edges of the shade with a flat surface, such as a ruler, until the edges are even.
Note: For width specification please know the following
Inside Mount: Measure from the inside surface to the inside surface. Please provide us with exact measurements as the manufacturer will make the necessary deduction up to ½”.
Outside Mount: Measure the exact area you wish to cover as the manufacturer will produce your shade to your exact measurements. Be sure to take the window trim into account.

Shade Styles
- Standard Roman Shade Style: Flat shade and waterfalls at the bottom.
- Waterfall Shade Style: The shade retains its soft folds even in the lowered position.
Continuous Cord Loop System: A pulley system where the cord retains the same length no matter what position the shade is in. It provides easier lifting for larger shades. We recommend that you choose this feature for shades over 72” x 84”. This feature is not available with self-operating liner, top down/bottom up or 2 on 1 headrail.
Top Down/Bottom Up: The shade raises from the bottom as a normal shade would, but the top also lowers on a floating rail. The right cord lowers the shade from the top and the left cord raises the shade from the bottom. These are standard control positions and cannot be reversed. This feature is available with the Standard Roman Shade Style only. This feature is not available with continuous cord loop.

Liner Options
Multiple Shades on One Headrail: Two shades are mounted on to one headrail, but work independently of eachother. This feature is not available with the Waterfall Shade Style. It is only available with 2-on-1 headrail for shades with the top down/bottom up or top down only features.
