Cleaning and Care Instructions: Levolor Roman Shades are crafted for durability and ease of cleaning. A brush-type vacuum attachment or feather duster should be used for cleaning. If your shade should become stained, you may clean it by dabbing the spot with a sponge dampened with lukewarm water. Avoid contact with window cleaning products as these may discolor your shade. Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended or covered by Levolor’s warranty.

Brackets
· Standard: Steel brackets snap into place, easy to install.
· Hold Down Brackets: Secures the bottomrail into position. They can stop a shade from bouncing and loosely swinging if the shade is hung on a door or where there is wind. Available on outside mount only.
· Extension Brackets: When the shade must operate around an obstruction, these brackets project the shade away from the wall, allowing for easy operation. The brackets come in two sizes (3/8” fixed or 1”-3” adjustable), allowing for flexible projection lengths. Available for outside mount only. Not available with hold down brackets.
· Side Mount Brackets: Ideal for windows below transoms and arches. Alternative mounting method when no frame is available above the window for mounting. Available for inside mount only. Use only if shade dimensions fall within 48” width and 72” height.

Control Type
· Standard: Standard controls use the familiar lift cord, mounted on whichever side you want. Your shade is protected by a crash-proof cord lock for years of trouble-free function.
· Cordless: This system offers clean lines and a contemporary look. Simply raise and lower your shades by pulling down and pushing up on the bottom rail. This feature is perfect if child and pet safety is a concern. All shades are shipped with a bottomrail handle for operation. An extension pole, that adjusts from 6-10 ft., can be purchased separately to raise and lower shades that are hard to reach.
· Cordless Top Down/Bottom Up: The shade can be raised from the bottom, as usual, and lowered from the top for great versatility. This provides for greater control over light control and privacy. It is combined with the cordless lift system, where blind position is controlled with the touch of a hand. The shade is shipped with two handles to raise and lower it. A fabric valance is included at no additional charge. An extension pole, that adjusts from 6-10ft., can be purchased separately to raise and lower shades that are hard to reach.
· Top Down/Bottom Up: The shade can be raised from the bottom, as usual, and lowered from the top for great versatility. The shade can be positioned anywhere in the window. Separate control on each side of the shade control the rails independently. A fabric valance is included at no additional charge. No reverse controls are offered. Left controls lift from the bottom, and right controls lower from the top. Not available with 2 on 1 headrail.
· Top Down Only: The fabric lowers from the top of the shade. The bottom rail is stationary, so the bottom does not lift up.
· Continuous Cord Loop System: A pulley system is used to raise and lower the shades, so the cord retains the same length no matter what position the shade is in. A simple pull on the control cord positions the shade at the exact height desired. This feature cannot be combined with any other feature.
Valance Options
· Fabric Valance: The tailored valance is available as inside or outside mount. The height of the valance is 4 5/8”. If selecting an outside mount valance, returns are standard. The outside valance returns measure 1 5/8” in length or projection. No returns are supplied with inside mount valances. All valances have an easy snap-on feature. This supplied for no charge with some special options, please see control type options above.
Decorative Hem Options: Can be added to any roman shade by choosing from one of the styles offered. Each hem must be finished with either a trim or fringe color. The trim is placed directly on the edge of the scallop while the 1” fringe hangs over the edge of the scallop. Scalloped hems add approximately 4” to the standard roman shade stack height.
2 on 1 Headrail: Two individually operating shades are mounted onto one headrail for increased privacy for large windows because one shade can be raised while one stays lowered. For standard shades, controls will be located on the left side of the left shade and the right side of the right shade. Fabrics cannot be seamed or overlapped. There will be a minimum ½” gap between the fabric on the left and right shade. This standard gap can be increased if desired for a maximum gap of 6”. This feature is available with the standard roman shade style, cordless, cordless top down/bottom up, and continuous cord loop system.
