Levolor roman fabrics have UPF ratings to help you gauge the best solution for protecting your furnishings, floor coverings, and artwork from fading. UPF ratings range from 15 to 50, with ratings as follows:
· 15-25 – Good – 93-96% UV Blockage
· 25-35 – Very Good – 96-98% UV Blockage
· 35-50 – Excellent – 98-99% UV Blockage
Color Variation and Pattern Repeats: Color lot variations may occur due to the process of color application. For the best color match, we recommend that you order all shades for a room at the same time. Pattern availability and color lot match between orders cannot be assured. Any variation in color is in accordance with industry standards.
Cleaning and Care Instructions: Levolor Roman Shades are crafted for durability and ease of cleaning. A brush-type vacuum attachment or feather duster should be used for cleaning. If your shade should become stained, you may clean it by dabbing the spot with a sponge dampened with lukewarm water. Avoid contact with window cleaning products as these may discolor your shade. Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended or covered by Levolor’s warranty.
Levolor Lifetime-Limited Warrant*: Levolor® Window Fashions proudly extends a lifetime-limited warrant on the enclosed product to the original residential retail purchaser as long as the product remains in the original window.

Entire product against manufacturing defects (ie., a flaw in the product design, materials, or workmanship that causes the product to no longer function)…Covered for Lifetime.
If product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Levolor will (at Levolor’s discretion) do one of the following: repair the product, replace the product, refund the cost of the product. Please note that colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases.

Who Is Covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser of the Custom Tailored Roman Shade.
Obligations to the Consumer: The obligations of Bali Window Fashions are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective. Bali is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the shade down or reinstalling the product. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. All fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear out. Bali considers these things normal wear and tear, and they are not covered by the warranty.
