Vanes overlap to create a soft, ripple fabric effect. The interlocking action of the vanes blocks out more light than the traditional curved vane.
Cleaning: Your Levolor® vertical blind seldom requires cleaning because the vanes hang vertically. However, all products and furnishings get soiled due to condensation, humidity, smoke, and steam. So, to clean, apply a mild soap and cord or warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Abrasive or strong cleansers may scratch or mar the vane’s surface. Dry with a cloth towel to avoid water marks.

If product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Levolor will (at Levolor’s discretion) do one of the following: repair the product, replace the product, refund the cost of the product. Please note that colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases.

-Loss of color intensity

-Yellowing or cracking of plastic parts or foam wood product

Costs associated with:
-Product removal
-Product remeasure
-Product reinstallation
-Transportation to and from the retailer
-Incidental or consequential damages
-Shipping
In the event there are multiple blinds in the same room, only the defective blind will be replaced
