Slat Material: Non-leaded vinyl formulation slats
The slat material formulation offer room darkening and superior privacy. The SureTight slim profile steel headrail has premium light-blocking features. All components are color-coordinated. The vinyl bottomrail is white in color to match the backside of the slats.
Cleaning: Occasional light vacuuming with a brush attachment should keep blinds clean. More severe soiling can be removed by using a soft cloth and a mild detergent and water solution.
BALIWARRANTY
Type of Warrant: Limited Lifetime warranty on headrail and components. There is a 3-year warranty on the 2” Vinyl Material.
What is Covered: These blind products are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for the time period specified that:
· The product was properly installed in a residential dwelling
· The product was made or assembled exclusively from Bali materials and components
· The Bali recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications
Who is Covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser of the stated blind.
Obligations to the Consumer: The obligations of Bali are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or products found to be defective. Bali is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the blind down or reinstalling the product. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installations, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear out. Bal considers these things normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR OBILIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES. No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty. Bali should have no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the blind, etc.

*The r-value is the window’s resistance to air flow. The higher the r-value number, the more effective the window is in reducing cooling and heating costs. Cellular shades also add insulation and can increase the r-value of a window. Cellular shades trap air within the honeycomb pockets of the shade therefore, less air escapes through the glass and window frame when cellular shades are used as window treatments. Remember, the type of glass, fame and window sash can affect the r-value of the overall window.
**The Ultraviolet Protection Factor shows how well a fabric protects the solar UV rays. Levolor cellular fabrics have UPF rating to help you gauge the best solution for protecting your furnishings, floor coverings, and artwork from fading. UPF ratings range from 15 to 50, with 15-20 as good and UV blockage from 93-96%. UPF ratings of 25-35 are very good with UV blockage from 96-98%. Cleaning and Care: Use a brush-type vacuum attachment or feather duster for dusting. Stroke lightly over the shade. To clean with water, use a lukewarm damp sponge and lightly dab. Avoid contact with window cleaning products.
