Very satisfied with the shades over all, but find the cordless a little cumbersome retracting using the little plastic thump handle

Installed in my office to mainly help keep drafts out and make the room a bit warmer and these blinds work well at doing this. They also block the setting sun out in the late afternoon. Happy with the purchase.

I love the look of the blind but if I don't open it every day, it doesn't want to go all the way up when I open it. I have to open it very slowly to get it to go all the way up.

Got two of them to fit my patio door. They are true to size and work well ensuring our privacy and filtering light without darkening the room too much. The only thing I don't like that one blind is much harder to pull down than other... Yeah, nitpicking here.

Head rail slants inward and top of rail is unattractive in the top down position. Could use an insert to cover up knot ends,labels...ect.

Blinds were good quality. I had a problem with one of the hardware pieces and it was replaced rapidly with no problem.

The blind is in the bathroom. Attractive color and good for privacy.

One of the blinds was too long, based on the instructions for measuring. I was told the manufacturer would make adjustments; they didn't apparently with this one. However, I did receive an additional discount when I had to re-order the blind and am very pleased with this. Anyone ordering should deduct from 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the exact measurement, just to be sure.

These were easy to install and work smoothly. The workings feel solid in your hand. They also keep the room warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

This is my second order from Steve's and I am pleased overall. Shipment was very quick and the blinds fit perfectly. We had an extra blind in the cart (from a previous visit to the site) and notified Steve's to cancel that blind and credit our card - they handled that with no problem. Very nice!
Only complaint - we ordered the continuous loop option on four Levolor cellular shades. The loops are not the same...three different lengths on the four blinds which gives a strange appearance. I would have returned them, but the loops will eventurally be behind some draped panels. But strange that the loops would vary from 24" to almost 48" in length.

Service and delivery were excellent.
Any one track with double blinds are not the easiest to install. Two people really are needed.
Can be done with one person, just not easy.
