The quality is as good if not better then most stores that charge a great deal more for the same product. They come well packed and quite fast. They were easy to install, don't fade and operate as designed. I cannot think of anything negative, since I was very satisfied with both the efficiency and quality plus the cost and extra concern that your company showed. If and when I need more blinds or window treatment, you will be number one to contact.

These arrived fairly quickly and fit perfectly. I don't raise these but almost daily adjust the slant. Am very happy with them.

WOW! These blinds blow away the competition...Very well-made and so attractive! They come with a beautiful header, a piece of molding, that clicks into place at the top of the blind and creates a true designer look to your window. Love these blinds and the price was discount store low for a high-end look!

These blinds are a great value. Received within 1 week after ordering with no packaging problems considering they had to travel from California to Ohio. Very easy to install and the header adds a nice finished look.

found it very easy to follow measuring instructions and get a perfect fit for my wood slat blinds.

The blinds work great in my travel trailer. I only have one suggestions. You need to have better, or complete instructions on how the valances were to be installed. The brackets that came with the blinds did not match in anyway the holders that were screwed into the valances. I figured out my own way and the whole assembly looks great.

Installed on french like doors, looks great and went up easy. Had a problem trying to install the wood valance and brackets that came with the blinds. They didn't seem to be the correct ones. I tried to look up on line figuring I was doing something wrong, but now feel they shipped the wrong brackets. I just left them off and it still looks good.

These blinds are being used for a sidelight next to the entry door and replaced vertical blinds. These are sooo much more attractive and provide greater privacy.

I purchased blinds for a living room window and a bedroom window. The blinds are high quality and easy to install. The blinds look great and are durable even when my dog swats at them or tries to look outside between the blinds. This was a great purchase and I now plan to fit the other windows in my house.

Ordered 12 units of the 1" faux wood mini blinds; arrived quickly and damage free with no parts missing. Easy to install. Very good value and look equivalent to professional units costing much more. So pleased with the product, ordered 4 more units for three other rooms I hadn't planned to update.

I was so pleased when I received these blinds. My son measured the windows for me and I called in my order.. I have a large bow window with 5 windows. These blinds look wonderful and they were easy to install. The quality is really nice and they have given my windows a nice finished look. The price was really great, I shopped around and Steves's prices were the best.

With all the color choices I practically matched my wall color. That is what I was looking for... something attractive, practical (keep sun out of my eyes) and not the center of attention on the wall. Also, having the option of a 1" slat to fit my narrow window ledge was a good alternative to a mini blind or pleated shade. The only thing I would like to see (haven't seen anywhere so far) is the headrail to cover the slats when fully raised, like the pleated shades do. This is not Steve's fault, strictly my preference for future designers to note.

Had trouble finding 1" faux wooden blinds, so I contacted Steves and was assured they could do them and have them delivered to me in Vancouver within weeks. Blinds fit perfectly and look great.

We ordered 5 blinds and 1 was damaged. A new one was sent without question. The blinds are in our family room and they help to keep the sun out. We were so pleased that we ordered this one which will also be on the sunny side of the house.
