I'm waiting for customer service to get back to me regarding the 231/2" X 30" blind which is the wrong size because the width and length were transposed. I had the correct dimensions written down so I was told that they can check the phone order to see if [...] made the mistake or if it was my goof. I don't want to order more blinds until this is resolved so it can be shipped with the new order. I should hear soon, I think.

Put these on the living room windows. They look great. At these prices I have done most of the whole house. Better quality and selection that department stores and I know they are going to fit! I'v bought from Steve's before and will buy again.

Ordered blinds for 6 different size windows. Only one gave me difficulty with opening/closing the blinds with the wand, because the slats were strung a little too tightly.

The blind fits and works perfectly but we received the wrong hardware. I was able to fabricate hardware by bending mending braces and spray painting them white. I am sure we made a mistake in explaining the application and type of window when ordering but we found the instructions to be very unclear for laypeople. I would have liked to send a digital picture of the window but that option was not offered. We called and the lady said she would look into it and get back to us but she did not. Good products at good prices but service was lacking. Thank you for asking.

I love these blinds but the cords are twisted so the blinds don't go up and down very easily.

I didn't mention installation since it was difficult.
Not the blind, but a 6'5" man w/ large hands working to hang a blind inside a boxed valance while lying on his side on the camper cabover bed.
The blind is just what we needed/wanted. The installation would have been SO easy in different conditions :-)

Quality is decent enough for the price but the blind came damaged. Possibly by rough handling from FedEx. The mounting brackets are difficult to work with. They wouldn't snap into the channel and you have to bend them slightly to get them to lock into place.

We were concerned about our measurements being accurate. The fit was perfect!
Shades are sturdy and well made. Pricing was so much better than local stores.
Blinds were delivered very quickly.

We needed to replace a blind in an opening that has 2 windows. We put a window air conditioner in 1 window and liked the fact that we could raise 1 blind over the air conditioner and have the other be down and closed if needed.
