Purchased all Bali Blinds w/privacy feature holes for 1st floor of modern house - very disappointed in Bali product. Holes didn't fully block out light and light also seeps through at top left side of head-rail. Usage for Home Theater Room was a BAD IDEA - too much light seeping through several places. Product DOESN'T DARKEN as promised by Bali.

For second floor of house decided to purchase Steve's Blinds Exclusive Collection similar product w/privacy feature holes. THEY WORKED PERFECT AND HAD NO LIGHT SEEPAGE. They truly darkened our Master Bedroom. They BLOCKED OUT moon-light, exterior house night lighting glow and morning sunshine.

We are very disappointed in the Bali Room Darkening product and will ONLY ORDER FROM STEVE'S BLINDS EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION FROM NOW ON. IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME THAT THE BALI NAME DOESN'T REALLY MEAN QUALITY PRODUCT.

Plus, STEVE'S BLINDS pricing is so incredible that there is no reason to ever comparison shop any competitors. Their Customer Service is OUTSTANDING - the best I've ever had. Told all of my friends about the web site.

Trust me, because I'm super picky...there is no other window treatment company out there as PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE AS STEVE'S BLINDS!

what I was most pleased about, was that there weren't any messups with the measurements.
It was all tagged according to the window measurements(in which only two out of 13 were the
same size windows) so didn't have to scramble around trying to figure out which window went to what.
Passed on the website to friends.

I bought two sets of custom made metal mini blinds in a deep blue and burgundy. The colors were great visually but not really in quality. [...] I didn't really mind because I was in dire need of new blinds. This is a comparison between my old blinds we ordered from a nearby [...](hint hint) for almost "3 benjamins" and these new blinds for just a little over [$]. My old blinds that broke were of good quality but the pull strings broke because of some idiots installing my new windows messed up the tracks to screw them back in. The pull string before it got ruined was silent and smooth. These blinds are a little noisy when you pull them up or lower them down. The old blinds were a pain in the behind to install but the new ones were super easy. The metal quality of the old blinds was thick and durable but still got horribly bent because I have kids. End of discussion. I'm worried about the thin metal of these blinds. Other than the negative things, they look pretty good but I just worry about the longevity of the metal.

Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, with the exception of one blind that I had to re-order because of the length. The incorrect size was sent twice and I just didn't bother to re-order a third time.

The blinds are a really good value! They are simple in appearance and truly functional and not difficult to install or clean. They easily allow one to control the light entering our environment and can be raised and lowered or adjusted easily.
