The only thing I have to complain about is that they gave me no date when to expect the shipment-when I did call after about three weeks-they were able to give me an exact date and it was exact. Since I was in no hurry for this product it was no big deal.

Before I found Steve's blinds, I had purchased blinds for my sunroom at the local home store. I needed 9 blinds, 6 six footer and 3 three foot blinds. I brought them home and wheen I took out the first one to install, with thr flimsy hardware, I packed them up and returned them. Real flimsy for over $300.I came home and found steve's online, I took a chance because they couldn't be worse than what I could get locally, and with the sale and addnl off, I paid little more than the [...].[...] I was immediately impressed. They are 10 times better in quallity, hardware, installation, operation are all ACES, They look Great. I will order all my blinds, and whatever else steve provides that I need. Great Customer CARE!!!!!

I was skeptical only because I was getting the most unheard of deal. I ordered blinds for seven windows and the cost compares to one window at high end pricing other places. The blinds [...] were very easy to install. They were made to exact measurements I submitted. The color is very beautiful and fits my home perfectly and fits my budget. I went with broken, unusable shades from before for quite awhile until I found this website and was able to afford to get multiple window treatments all at once without waiting due to the affordability. They also were great in explaining how to measure your windows if you had no clue how to do it properly. I will definitely order more product. In fact I am looking for a treatment for my patio door. As before, the more expensive blinds I had purchased years ago have not lived up to the quality they were suppose to have given the "name brand" that they were. I bought this for my bedroom. I was doing a complete makeover and decided to try this type of shade. It blocks out a lot of light (which makes daytime naps easier), it's not heavy, and it's a very nice color, plus I had it up in less than 20 minutes (10 of those minutes was spent measuring and drilling holes). Ask a buddy to help you by holding up one of the ends.

Have had these blinds in my house for many years. Love them. They have held up well.
Recently purchased more of these blinds from Steve's to install in a small cabin. Just as satisfied now. They retract nicely to give full view of outdoors. When down, they give complete privacy at night and block hot sun during the day. And they don't show dust! Would highly recommend these blinds.

We ordered 5 matchstick blinds for our enclosed back porch. Needed privacy and temperature control. They reduced the heat from the sun coming in the windows by 10 to 15°F. They were easy to put up and look great. One of the blinds has a squeal in the rollers when it is raised, but the other 4 operate smoothly and quiet. We don't mind the squeal in that one too much. Not enough to send it back. Overall I love these matchstick blinds, I love the color, I love the look of my porch with them, I love the price. I couldn't afford these kinds of blinds at the local big box store. They wanted way too much money for my income level. Thank you Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper.

The blinds were used in an art studio although they would look good in a home as well. They are light filtering but they are not the type of blinds that really insulate, so if insulation is a must try a different type. They are exactly what I thought I was ordering, including the color. I am very happy with my selection.

My family and I are very happy with the look and quality of the new shades. The colors we chose from the excellent selection are true to the ads. The fit, made-to-order from our own measurements, is perfect. The instructions for actually hanging the shades onto the brackets could have been a bit more descriptive, but the overall job was quick and easy.

The valance hangs down farther than anticipated. Covers way to much of the upper window. Impossible to get to hang straight when in the up possition. Difficult to move up and down.

We were looking for an inexpensive but stylish window covering for lots of oversized windows. Though these didn't fit the overall length of some of the windows, the fact is that hanging them all a bit from the top of the window creates a consistent look with the privacy we wanted. Service was outstanding. Clear and immediate e-mail communication kept us " in the loop" about our order. We will definitely use Steve's Blinds again.

13 of the 14 ordered where the correct size. the only outside mount I ordered was an inch shorter than requested. I added a fabric trim and it works fine.
