I really like the blinds except for the fact that the weights were not sewn all the way around them like the other blinds I have. I don't have chains so they should have been.

The blinds is a good product for the price. I only wished I had ordered the header cover and wished the pull cord and chain was symmetrical on both sides.

When looking at the samples online, I always wonder how true they are to the real thing. Is the pattern so enlarged that I might be disappointed if the real thing looks different? So I was thrilled when my blinds in the Baskette pattern arrived and they look exactly like the picture. This is my second set of verticals from Steve's. Great product - great value.

These are fabric vane verticals - they cover a patio door and really look nice. Two of the vanes had some sort of pull in the fabric and I received replacements for them one week after I called you about the problem.

When these blinds arrived we were so excited over the color. It matched the sample perfectly. Everything was packaged unbelievably well. My husband had no trouble installing them in his office. We have had so many compliments on them and someone is always asking where we got them. They took a little longer than expected to arrive but they were well worth the wait. You will not be disappointed in these blinds. I cannot say enough good things about them. We LOVE these blinds and we would recommend them to everyone.

I was amazed at how well these sheer verticals were packaged. They look beautiful at my windows and help so much with the privacy issue without blocking the light. I have them on a large picture window as well as a tall window over the stairs that I cannot reach. When I requested longer chain customer service was prompt to let me know they had ordered some for me. The only negative I have about these blinds is the vinyl valance. It is very cheap looking and I would never waste my money on the valances again. They are laying in a box now as my husband made something else to put on them. Over all we are extremely happy with the actual blinds, construction and operation of them.

I ordered 4 sets of these blinds in Baskette Navy. Very good quality and deep rich color. Installation went smoothly. Crisp sharp look has provided great update to a large room.
