We were away from home for a few days -- the blinds were here when we got home and my husband has already installed them. "Oh my gosh", you have got to be kidding me and all the rest. I ordered three Kirsch roman shades and in 7 days they were here and they are just so unbeleivably grand. I placed my order last week and excitedly received my shades days faster than expected. I didn't know what quality to expect because I was quoted at a local store $400 for this style and size shades. Steve's brand was $146. Well, they are installed and exactly what I had imagined. The telephone rep I spoke with was absolutely wonderful walking me through the order process and selection. I just wanted to say 'Thank You'! I am so glad I ordered my shades through Steve's. Not only did I save over $300.00 but they came very quickly! The department store I went to told me at least 3 weeks for delivery. With Steve's it took about 10 days. I read the reviews on the cellular blinds so I knew to be true when measuring. They are perfect! My husband and I are very pleased we made the investment. We'll be back for more when we start the next make-over! |

Dear Steve Katzman and Steve's Blinds: We received the wood blinds we ordered, installed them a week ago, and just want to say... this was the final piece we needed to complete our new bedroom, they fit our windows perfectly, the installation was very easy,the color is perfect with our asian decor, and the blinds are very nice quality. I did a lot of research on line, received a lot of samples from different companies, and found Steve's Blinds to be the best value out there. I just wanted to send a note to let you know how much I appreciated the help and support that I received today from Jessica. She spent two hours on the phone with me in providing a quote and was very supportive and went out of her way to help me match blinds and applications and brackets for a large customer of mine. These blinds are for an office building that were originally installed about 15 years ago or so. Jessica went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right blinds and brackets (special order from Levolor) so that I can provide my customer with the best price possible. I wanted to order a sample of the wallpaper I like just to make sure it will match everything. Every website I went to wanted to charge anywhere from $7.99 to $10 for a "handling fee". This is in addition to the price of the sample itself! Steve's was the only place I could find that had free S&H so, of course, I immediately ordered my sample. If I'm going to spend four to five hundred dollars for wallpaper, I need to save every dime I can along the way. Thanks Steve's! Beverly |

I just wanted you to know that we love the blinds we ordered from you. The sales person was very nice and she really helped me decide what we wanted and how to properly measure for them. We just had a sunroom built and the room was 16ft by 29 feet so we ordered vertical blinds for all three walls. They were very easy to hang and they could not look any better no matter where we got them from. We know you saved us hundreds of dollars and the only thing I was worried about was how the blinds would be packaged and if they would be damaged in shipping. Wow was I shocked when they came. You could have dropped them out of a plane and not damaged them. I will tell all of my friends and I highly recommend you to everyone.
