I just wanted to send a note to let you know how much I appreciated the help and support that I received today from Jessica. She spent two hours on the phone with me in providing a quote and was very supportive and went out of her way to help me match blinds and applications and brackets for a large customer of mine. These blinds are for an office building that were originally installed about 15 years ago or so. Jessica went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right blinds and brackets (special order from Levolor)so that I can provide my customer with the best price possible. I am very satisfied with my order of blinds that I just received. They came in a timely fashion, I got e-mails along the way regarding delivery and the blinds were a perfect fit! Not to mention the fantastic prices...I had an estimate at a couple of other places and they couldn't touch Steve's Blinds and Wallpapers.

Your samples arrived before the others I had ordered from different companies, and the quality was far above the competition. We have just bought a brand new home and have almost 20 windows to get blinds for so I had a big task in front of me. |

After researching the Internet and going into many stores I decided to order my blinds from Steve's. Jackie helped me with my order over the phone and was TERRIFIC!!! I used to work in customer service and with the impersonal experiences that I have had lately I felt that maybe it was a dying profession. Received our order of six Levolor cordless cellular shades yesterday….we installed the shades in our newly remodeled kitchen/dinette and they look great!!!

My questions were always answered by email in a very timely manner by Amanda R. My first inquiry about my order was answered by Amanda within the same hour which was a pleasant surprise and helped me to relax. Since I had never ordered paper online before, I was a little nervous especially since we have had so many things go wrong with this major renovation to our first floor that we have been trying to get through this summer.
