Product was exactly as described. Quality good. Price very reasonable. Service and delivery excellent. What I learned has nothing to do with the quality, but the design. I purchased the style that allows one to remove each slat, which, frankly, I think is a terrific idea for cleaning. However, I found the slats fall out on their own during handling too easily to be practical for me. Great concept that would be perfect for some, but not what I needed for this particular application.

I really like my blinds. I actually ordered Steve's make rather than the well know make I had ordered previously. Guess What!!! I like them much better.

The blind arrived as described. They were easy to install. The blind I bought was a rather large one (82" x 48"). Being so large, it's also very heavy. Despite the large size & increased weight, the manufacture sent the same hardware (endcaps) they would w/ a smaller, more lightweigth blind. As a result I cannot raise the blind w/out taking great care to support the end w/ the drawstring w/ my free hand. If I don't, the endcap will bend out of shape. I called Steve's to explain this, and while responsive to my complaint, they sent the exact same hardware. I ended up going to [@]and buying some endcaps that are more sturdy.In closing, I WOULD recommend Steve's Blinds to a friend, just not a friend w/ wide windows.

These blinds have a simple design yet add the perfect elegant finsihing touch to our kitchen, FR, LR, bathroom and DR. We recently repainted and installed (we hired someone to do this) these blinds which gave all the rooms a quick and easy facelift. These blinds do best just using the tilt mechanism, not raising and lowering them often as they are a bit stiff. The textured oyster white blinds match our off-white trim wonderfully. We have our home on the market and many buyers have commented how nice they look.... The only problem is I don't want to leave them behind!! We will likely order the same or similar blinds through Steve's once we purchase or build a new home. GREAT blinds for the $!

After looking for blinds at a few major retail stores, I decided to check online. I found several retailers and ordered samples. Steve's samples were made of better material than the others so I ordered a few. Measuring was simple and the blinds fit perfectly. I will order from Steve for the rest of my windows. Also, get the textured ones!

I ordered six blinds of varying sizes[...]The installation was relatively easy, having spent a hour or so the last two mornings doing the job. I am pleased with the quality and the valances go well with the arts and crafts style of my window frames. The only glitch, and I don't know if it was my mistake or Steve's, is that one of the blinds came with a string setup to control the light instead of a wand like the other five. I am certainly not going to to uninstall and send it back for something so minor and I'm just hoping it won't be noticed. I doubt it will. I would definitely use Steve's again and hope that anyone who reads this will feel comfortable in doing so as well.

I have purchased the same type of blinds from other companies. This blind was very close to the actual measurement where the other company left more leeway. Also, the valance is much easier to install on this blind that the ones I purchased from another company. I love it!

The blinds look great in the window - it was a hard-to-fit size (very large) and the directions to ensure proper fit were very accurate and helpful! The blinds look great and are easy to operate.

I was very happy with this product. It was accurately cut to my measurements, keeps the sun/heat out of our east facing bathroom. The head rail is not adjustable, in height so there is a small (1/8") gap that light at the top of the window shows through. Other adjustable brands couldn't beat the price of Steve's Blinds though.

Totally satisfied; good for privacy, locking out sunlight; easy to install even though the instructions were not included with our 6 sets of blinds. We had to use the internet to find directions.

Nice for a bathroom. Easy to install. The header was wrong, but we just cut it down with the chop saw.
