First time I have ordered from Steves and would do it again. My Roman shades are beautiful and easy to install. Very impressed the way they were packed and sent to me. The only thing wrong was one pull down handle on the shade was not in the middle. No big deal, as they are on the outside of shade.

We use ours in the sun room. Down to watch TV. While up, they are a very attractive valance. We have had many compliments on them. The price was less than in our local area. The customer service was great. The product was exactly what I asked for. The delivery was right on time. If I need any of Steve's other products, I will order from him again. Can't think of any cons. I am quite pleased.

Nice looking roman shades. Simple look with nice cordless operation. Very easy to install (after you do one) with nice simple valance to give it a finished look. Would have hoped for better light blocking.

We have our shades in our sun room. 10 shades covering a lot of windows in the winter and bright sunny days. When they are all down they make the room, warm and cozy in the winter and cool and refreshing on hot summer days. When they are up they are a very nice valance bringing all the windows together to frame the outdoors and nature and the grandkids playing in the backyard. The delivery was on time and in excellent condition. The customer service was always right on. The pricing was great, considering the amount of shades needed, I would have paid a lot more elsewhere. I am totally pleased with my shades from Steve's Blinds and Wall Coverings and will always consider them in future purchases.

Delivery was a little problem and MIGHT keep me from future purchases. Fedex folks very nice and TRIED to accommodate my schedule. In the end it all worked out.
