We've ordered 7 blinds of various sizes. We have had problems with 3 of them and its been one thing or another. [...], One pull cord (lift) would not stay locked (replacement part sent). 3, Not clear information on web page when ordering valance. We intended to order an inside mount blind with an outside mount valance. We got this combination right on 5 of the 7, but 2 of them got ordered wrong. The customer service would not make an execption and replace the valance to the outside mount type. The web page is not clear when ordering this combination and it would have been nice if customer service recognized this and agreed to replace with the correct valance as a customer service courtsey.

Love my real wood blinds! They compliment my decor, provide plenty of privacy, and really cut down on drafts. My order arrived without any problems at all, the pricing was fantastic considering the quality of the product and I sincerely couldn't be any happier.

i like the wand feature better of hunter douglas in controlling the blinds. mine have 3 string feature which is more difficult to operate. the price point however makes up for that!

We had ordered 6 blinds previously before my last order that looked great. I ordered 4 more of the same blinds but my husband had a hard time installing them this time especially one. Once installed they looked great. We do have one new blind with one slat that is a bit warped though. Other than that they all look great and help keep out the sun.

We ordered 3 of these wood blinds for a triple pane window. I wasn't sure how they would look hung side by side because there is no woodwork trim in between each blind. I was overjoyed when we got them hung! The blinds hang perfectly straight and were precisely the perfect length and width. The "mink" stain was exactly like the sample and has a rich look. It has made my living room look very warm and inviting!

If you order the routless blind, there is an extra control that I wasn't aware of. Maybe would of not got it routless and saved having an extra control string.

I replaced the windows in my home and the depth was less than before when I used Graber inside mount blinds. I tried Steve's Blinds using the outside mount version and I think they are better than the more expensive Graber blinds. Delivery is very fast and so far, after one year, the quality is better. Some of the Graber blinds cracked in a short time, but Steve's have not yet.

The routless option is terrific for not only blocking and controling light but also for privacy.

SOOOO much better than miniblinds! They look great, are easy to maintain, amd easy to operate. The prices here made it a no-brainer to make the switch from the ugly blinds that came with the house. I will keep replacing the rest of the windows a little at a time.

Purchased the 2" wood stained blinds for my living room and dining room. They look wonderful and were a breeze to install ...all by myself. Send for the free color samples before you purchase ...some do look different than online. They look more expensive than they are!!

I have purchsed from steves many times before my old home and now for my new home, I Have always had super results, this time however I ordered the wood blinds but they did not include hardware to hang them. I contacted customer service they said they would send them out next day, I waited about two weeks still nothing, finally almost a month later I got the hardware to hang them. Thats my only complaint.

Was missing a couple brackets from order, called and parts were shipped same day.
Later we found a total of 6 slats that had warped,called service dept. they ordered new slat replacements. This is a Co. that stands behind their products 100%, would recommend to every one looking for blinds,you would not go wrong. Best money spent.

I was pleasantly surprised with the look and quality of these blinds. They look great and block an annoying "dusk to dawn" light that my neighbor has mounted on the outside of his house. The cost was the reason I purchased from this company, I will definitely purchase from Steve's Blinds again. The blinds arrived quickly and the condition of the boxes showed no damage from the shipping company.

Raising and lowering isn't perfect, but I've not had any blinds that were perfect in that way.

Wanted to darken the room, quickly and economically with some natural element such as wood. The blinds we bought will omplimant my drapery fabric when installed.

Wanted white towards the outside and navy blue inside but was not available - live with condo assoc. rules would have loved different colour available for inside - settled for all white.
Love the slats that allow them to be removed for easy cleaning. A lot lighter in weight that what was removed - much better. Rod to tilt is big improvement too.
