ordered bali blinds at two other store before buying from Steves. Same quality but was told the factory would take off 3/4 of a inch off full width of blinds but on one blind they took off 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch off another and nothing off the other three blinds I ordered. Four of the blinds did fit but just and work fine but the third was hitting on both sides and had to reorder.I called to reorder that one blind and told customer service what happened about the width and what I was told that 3/4 of a inch would be taken off at the factory and she said they do not always take 3/4 of a inch off, sometimes a 1/2 inch or maybe 1/4 inch which was very confusing.I will need at least eight more blinds in the near future and would like to know what should be measured for correct installation. Love the confetti coloring...soft classy look and great finishing touch to the room!
