Cleaning Instructions: Dust or vacuum with an upholstery attachment. For soil removal, sponge with a mild detergent and warm water solution and blot dry. Vanes may be removed and immersed in water. Also, if a thin film of mild detergent is left on blinds, it will eliminate static electricity.

What is Covered: The above listed products are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product provided that:
- The product was properly installed in a residential dwelling
- the product was made or assembled exclusively from Bali materials and components
- Bali’s recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications
Who is Covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser.
Obligations to the Consumer: The obligations of Bali Window Fashions are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective. Bali is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the blind down or reinstalling the product. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
What the Warranty does Not cover: This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. All fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. Bali considers this normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other written or oral warranties or obligations and liabilities. No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.

· Inside Mount: Please provide us with the exact measurements of the window opening. Do not take deductions, as the manufacturer will make the necessary allowances to ensure a proper fit.
· Outside Mount: Please provide us with the exact measurements of the area you want to cover. The manufacturer does not make any additions or deductions to the measurements provided.
· If you want the entire window uncovered when the blind is fully opened: Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and see “How to Measure for Uncovered Window”.

How to Measure for Uncovered Window
· Determine the headrail type and the clear opening width for one-way draw or split draw. The clear opening width is traditionally the size of the window.
· Match the clear opening width with dimension found under “Clear Opening” Column. For even spacing, round up width measurement to the next size in the stack chart. Split draw will have even numbers of vanes.
· Order the corresponding dimensions found in the “Finished Blind Width” column.
· Note: for one-way draw, add an additional 3” to the Clear Opening before calculating the finished blind width to ensure privacy.
Example: One-Way Draw Magnum – If the determined clear opening window view is 54 3/8”, order width needed to provide full unobstructed view is 63 1/8”

Brackets
· Track Clip: For inside mount or ceiling mount. Comes standards with Inside Mount blinds.
· Angle Bracket: For outside or wall mount. Comes standard with Outside Mount blinds with track clip.
· Flat Projection Bracket: Optional, please request with your order. It attaches to the angle bracket with nut/bolt pairs. For outside mount only.
Headrail Options
· Duralite™: Steel headrail with ivory finish provides strength and durability. The wheeled carriers allows vanes to traverse smoothly and easily. The carrier stems are centrally located making the headrail reversible for right and left control position. Color-coordinated end caps are provided for a clean, finished look. The clear nylon louver stems are nearly invisible, yet extremely strong.
· Magnum™: Heavy-duty anodized aluminum headrail will not rust and is ideal for high humidity applications. The thin profile carriers provides a reduced vane stack. The carriers are self-aligning for trouble-free operation. The fully enclosed drive and flush end caps provides a secure fit and clean, finished appearance. Low-friction wheel carriers help vanes traverse smoothly. There are centrally located carrier systems and symmetrical cord and chain control making the headrail reversible for right and left control position. The clear nylon louver stems are nearly invisible and extremely strong.
Stack Options
· SplitDraw: Vanes split evenly from the middle and stack on both ends of the blinds.
· One Way Stack: Vanes collect at the left or right side of the blind.
Control Options
· Cord: A nickel-plated steel rotor chain and cord tension pulley.
· One Touch®: A slender wand controls vane rotation and traversing of the blind. Recommended for child and pet safety. Available with one-way draw only.
Valance Options
· Standard: An extruded vinyl valance with dust cover and Stay-Clear™ channel panel, which is sized to hold 3 ½” wide vane material. It includes two 5 ½” returns. The returns are square corner. It is included with each blind order.
· Deluxe Channel Panel: For outside mount blinds only. The return are round corner and accommodates all vane materials. The returns are 5 ½”. Features the Stay-Clear™ channel panel, guaranteed not to yellow.
· Double Deluxe Channel Panel: For outside mount blinds only. The same base system is used to create a double valance (layered) look.
· Wood Cornice: Crafted from premium hardwood in popular finishes with fine furniture quality. L brackets are included for easy installation. Inside mount are straight cut end with no returns or dustcover. Outside mount has mitered corners with 5” returns and a dustcover to conceal the top of the blind. For outside mount, custom returns can be ordered. Wood cornices are shipped separately from the blind and the manufacturer recommends installing the blind and cornice at the same time. Choose from two sizes (5 ½” and 7 ½”) and styles:
o Regal Wood: Crowns your vertical blinds with style and sophistication.
o Noble Wood: A stately design that lends an impressive appearance to larger, wider windows.
