We placed these blinds in our kitchen that has a Tuscany design. The blinds compliment the look of the room but also blocks out light wonderfully. We will always look at Steve's for future purchases.

I ordered this blind for my bathroom in white composite. Looks high quality and gives complete privacy. Love it. It does stick out from the window we have and could use a valance that has sides but other than that it is a great look at a very reasonable price.

Service was great. Arrived on time. Easy to install.
Five of the six blinds we ordered were perfect and installation was easy. The largest was 82 inches long and we realized that a few of the slats were broken. We expected a hassle , we took pictures to use for evidence, we tried to convince ourselves that issues like this were a reason to not shop on-line. But, we could not have expected a better response. They understood the problem and immediately sent a full replacement. It was no hassle at all. Thank you.

The blinds are just beautiful! The only problem was that we didn't know we needed extension brackets for the valance. You should have a better explanation of what they are for. We just assumed that the sides of the valance were included. We called Bali and their rep was very pleasant and helpful. She told us just how to measure to make sure we had the right size for the sides of the valance and had them sent out to us.

These blinds are great. Easy to install. I love them.
The only small comments I would add is they don't "glide" down -- you need to pull them down with a little pressure. I also needed some help in figuring out how to attach the header with the clips in the back.

Two things for the sales persons to mention during customer ordering:
-- The length of time that take to arrive (I think it was near two weeks)
-- When doing a double hang, ask the customer if they would like two separate headers or one. I did not know there was the option of one, and would have liked that look better, although the two butt up so close the small gaps are barely noticeable. The last thing is when the blinds are double on a window frame where it slopes downward on the molding in the middle, one must put some kind of filler to bring the bottom screw out to match the top. We put two small pieces of a paint stick underneath, and it worked perfectly.
