Immediately Inspect Merchandise Upon Receiving
When you receive your merchandise please open your package immediately and inspect it for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If you have any issues with your order you need to report it within 2 weeks of receiving it.

Blinds that Arrive Damaged or Defective
Steve’s blinds are guaranteed to be first quality and to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible are shipped directly from the factory.Blinds are custom made to your exact measurements and specifications and are backed up by Steve’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the unlikely event you receive your blinds defective or damaged Steve’s will arrange for immediate replacement and the return of your original order. The manufacturer may require visual proof of the defect (digital photo, return of the product or in-home inspection).

Blinds Return Policy
Blinds ordered from Steve's are custom made based on our customers' exact measurements and specifications and therefore are not returnable. Prior to placing your order with Steve's please make sure to follow Steve's easy measuring instructions and if you have any questions prior to placing your order please call or e-mail one of Steve's Blind Specialists who will be more than happy to answer any questions that you have.  Blind cancellations are only requests due to orders being placed in real time.  We will do our best to contact the manufacturer but we cannot guarantee that the order hasn't already been processed.

Wallpaper Return Policy
Wallpaper is returnable within 30 days of receipt and is also subject to a manufacturer’s 30% restocking fee and shipping charge. Steve’s cannot accept returns on single rolls, cut rolls, or fabric unless it is received damaged, defective, or you do not receive exactly what was ordered. In most cases murals and borders are not returnable however, where individual manufacturers allow the return, Steve will accept these returns subject to the manufacturer’s 30% restocking fee and shipping charge. Steve's Super Value Wallpaper is not returnable unless it is defective. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Wallpaper cancellations are only requests due to orders being placed in real time.  We will do our best to contact the manufacturer but we cannot guarantee that the order hasn't already been processed.  It is important to either call our customer service department at 1-800-548-6008 or send an us an e-mail to obtain a return authorization # and the correct address where to return your wallpaper. Wallpaper returned without proper authorization # will be returned to customer.

Wallpaper that Arrives Damaged or Defective
All of Steve’s wallpaper is guaranteed to be first quality and to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible are shipped directly from the factory. If, for any reason, you receive wallpaper that is either damaged or defective, Steve’s will immediately order new wallpaper and will arrange for the return of your original order. In the unfortunate event that we are not able to replace your damaged or defective wallpaper we will issue a full credit back to your original method of payment.
 
Draperies/ Curtains or Rods that Arrive Damaged or Defective
Steve’s Draperies/Curtains and Rods are guaranteed to be first quality and to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible are shipped directly from the factory.In the unlikely event you receive your Draperies/Curtains or Rods defective or damaged Steve’s will arrange for immediate replacement and the return of your original order. The manufacturer may require visual proof of the defect (digital photo, return of the product or in-home inspection).

Draperies/ Curtains and Rods Return Policy
Draperies/Curtains or Rods ordered from Steve's are custom made based on our customers' measurements and specifications and therefore are not returnable and are not refundable. Prior to placing your order with Steve's please make sure to measure and select correct style and color and if you have any questions prior to placing your order please call or e-mail one of Steve's Window Treatment Specialists who will be more than happy to answer any questions that you have.

Free Shipping
All wallpaper orders include FREE Ground Shipping to your home or office. Most blind orders include FREE Ground Shipping to your home or office in the continental United States. Some manufacturers charge an oversized freight charge per order (regardless of the number of blinds) on extra wide blinds because they must use a special delivery company. The width when oversized freight charges apply varies depending on the manufacturer (usually it is around 95"s or wider) and the charge may be up to $65 per manufacturer per order. Levolor and Kirsch do not charge oversized freight. Most blind orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. We do ship to Canada and all other countries. Please call us or send e-mail for applicable charges.
 
Next Day and 2nd Day Air
All orders can be shipped next day or 2nd day air for an additional charge. Selecting this shipping method does not speed up the manufacturing of your order. It only speeds up the delivery of your order once it leaves the warehouse.

When to Schedule a Wallpaper Hanger
If you are ordering multiple wallpaper patterns you should wait to make arrangements with your wallpaper hanger until you have received your entire order. You should also wait to begin hanging your wallpaper until you receive your entire order. Our wallpaper ships directly from the manufacturer to you and when ordering multiple patterns it may arrive in different packages at different times.

Steve's Branded Blinds Shipped in 24 Hours or They Are Free Guidelines
 
Blinds shipped in 24 hours apply to standard blinds. Blinds order must be placed with Steve's by 8 am eastern standard time. Does not apply to orders paid by e-check. This offer does not apply to oversized blind orders 96” in width and any delays that are caused by natural disasters, backorders, manufacturer delays or if your order contains over 25 blinds. To qualify for this program order must be placed by 8am eastern standard time. When counting hours weekends and holidays are excluded. For example, orders placed on Monday before 8am (est.) will be shipped from our factory the next day, Tuesday, for 24 hours or free blinds and on Wednesday for 48 hours or free blinds. Another example, orders placed on Friday after 8am (est.) or any time over the weekend will be shipped from our factory no later than the following Tuesday for 24 hours or free blinds and on the following Wednesday for 48 hours or free blinds. 

Cellular - Blinds ordered with cordless, continuous cord lift and/or top down/bottom up options will ship in 48 hours or free. Blinds ordered with 2 on 1 headrail and motorization options are not cover under the quick ship or free program.

Wood Blinds - Blinds ordered with 2 on one headrail, routeless and/or fabric tapes options will ship in 48 hours or free. Blinds ordered with radius corners, continuous cord loop and/or motorization options are not cover under the quick ship or free program. Click here for more details.

Faux Wood Blinds - Blinds ordered with 2 on one headrail and/or continuous cord loop options will ship in 48 hours or free. Blinds ordered with routeless option will ship in 72 hours or free. Blinds ordered with fabric tapes, tassels and/or motorization are not cover under the quick ship or free program.
 
Mini Blinds - Blinds ordered with Motorization, Added Privacy Feature or Multiple Shades on One Headrail are not cover under the Ships in 24 hrs or Free program.
